Continuity is proven in a crisis, not promised in a document. An infrastructure refresh that kept a pharmaceutical manufacturer running through Covid — formally recognised by the Board at AGM 2021 — plus disaster recovery across all sites and nine regulatory audits passed.

Architected a unified multi-jurisdictional privacy framework (GDPR, DPDP Act, NJ DPA, CPRA), stood up SIEM and GSOC oversight with a monthly CISO KPI scorecard, deployed Akamai Guardicore microsegmentation across GxP systems, and built a quantitative AI governance framework covering 15 risk scenarios.
